Search Presence Review

See what customers and search systems see.

Three findings. Three opportunities. One place to start.

Whether a review is charged depends on the business and what it involves; if it is, we tell you the price before any work starts.

What is the challenge?

What is the challenge?

The business.

Where do we send the review?

What happens next

We read the request, look at the site and the public business information ourselves, and reply by email. The review also says what could not be judged from outside, such as analytics, Search Console or enquiry figures. Nothing is sent to anyone else.

A sheet of tracing paper over a printed page, with three pencil ticks in the margin and one line circled.

Before anyone contacts a business, they look it up. A Search Presence Review reads what they find: the website, the business information, the evidence the business publishes and what others say about it, through the four questions below. We look at the website and the public channels that materially shape how the business is found and checked: search and maps for every business, and the profiles, video or marketplaces that matter for this one.

A person does the reading, not a script, and there is no score. The reply is written: three findings that matter, three opportunities, and one recommended place to start, each with what was read and when. It reads the reviews, references and mentions a customer would find; it is not an audit of every link to the site, and not every platform is reviewed for every business.
